​Payment & Cancellation Policy
​We aim to make your booking process as simple as possible. We offer direct payment options to ensure the best rates for our clients.
​Accepted Payment Methods:
​Cash: Direct payment to the driver in EUR or CZK at the end of your trip.
​Revolut: Instant mobile-to-mobile transfers for your convenience.
​Bank Transfer: Standard SEPA transfers are available upon request.

​Invoicing: Official invoices are issued for every service provided and are available for all clients.

​Cancellation Policy:
​Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

​Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
